Splice-able braided nylon sleeve over braided nylon core. This rope meets all requirements of the US Military spec. MIL-R-2405-D. Due to its high strength and elongation, nylon is the ideal choice where shock absorbency is required.

Characteristics: Nylon Double Braid

Specific gravity: 1.14

Elongation at break: 30-35%

Abrasion: Excellent

UV Resistance: Good

Critical Temp: 300 deg F

Sticky: 440 deg F

Melts: 482 deg F
